14 days of receiving

Exceptions to our 14 Days
Approval Policys:
Unfortunately, our approval
policy doesn't apply to some
items or where certain
conditions have not been met.

Goods Returned after the
expiry of the 14 Day Approval
Period
If you do not want to keep what
you have ordered, Abound online
may, at our discretion, accept
goods returned to us after the
expiry of the 14 day Approval
Period. However, Abound online
reserve the right to make an
administration charge for such
returns. The charge is �4.95
per parcel (for smaller items)
and �12.95 for larger goods
(such as furniture, beds or
electrical appliances). Your
statutory rights are
unaffected.
Unjustified returns
Abound online do reserve the
right to send goods back to you
if they are not in new
condition, not in the original
packaging or if you have make a
mistake with the returned
items. A charge of �4.95 per
item will also be added to your
account to cover the extra
handling and postage costs we
incur. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
Goods not received
Claims in relation to goods
charged but not received should
be made within 90 days of the
statement charge. Failure to do
so may affect your claim.
Your statutory right to
cancel your order
Under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations
200, you have a statutory right
to cancel your order and
receive a full refund. This
applies to any item or service
your order apart from those
clearly indicated as
non-returnable on the product
pages.
You may cancel your order by
sending or delivering to us a
letter, email or fax
cancellation for the attention
of the Consumer Protection
Dept. at any time up to and
including the seventh day
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays
and public holidays) after the
day on which you receive your
purchase. If however, you have
ordered a service and you agree
to it beginning within seven
days, you cannot cancel it
after it has begun.
